To qualify for in-parish tuition, a family must be active members of Saint Agatha Parish. According to the Diocese of Columbus Department for Education, a family is considered a "participating member" of the parish if they meet the following criteria:
1. They are registered in the parish.
2. The Pastor recognizes them as participating in the sacramental life of the parish.
3. They contribute time and talent to the parish ministries.
4. In agreement with the Pastor, they regularly donate an appropriate portion of their annual income to support the parish financially.
