PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Starting off her career as a stay-at-home mom, Mrs. Alsharaiha returned to teaching by working in the Diocese of Columbus for the past 20 years. A graduate of both John Carroll University and Ohio Dominican University, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in Educational Leadership. Most recently, Mrs. Alsharaiha received her certification in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School. When asked what her philosophy is, she said “I believe that the foundation of effective leadership is personal integrity. My actions will serve as an example for others and will be based upon honesty, respect and fairness.” She has taught many grade levels and has been a principal for the past 10 years. She is the 2021 recipient of the Upper Arlington Civic Association Golden Apple Award in education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and going to the beach. Mrs. Alsharaiha resides in Dublin with her husband.
